Marissa Yoru was the mother of Akuma Yoru.
Little is known about her past. All is known is that she was physically and emotionally abused, and as a result she became very mentally unstable. When she was 13, she joined the a cult and later, at 15, gave birth to Akuma.
Akuma mentions that she had long, dull hair, a plain, pale, long, sharp face with eyes like dead grass.
She and the rest of the cult died in a failed attempt to summon a very powerful demon. Akuma was the only survivor due to him not being in the building or apart of the ritual.
